During a roundtable event on the topic of "Female Leadership", Serena Fioravanti (Chief Risk Officer of Credit Suisse's Swiss Division) shared her valuable professional experience with Finyon employees from the perspective of a female leader. From Serena's point of view, the three most important points of a successful career can be summarized as follows: 1) know yourself and be aware of your skills as well as preferences ("sweet spots"), 2) communicate effectively and tailored to your stakeholders ("targeted communication"), and 3) never take anything in business personally, it is always about the content and not the person (thus strengthen your resilience).
